12 Degrees represents 11 storeys inspired by the collective creativity of its neighbourhood, the Art Gallery of Ontario, OCAD, The Four Seasons Centre for the Performing Arts.   12 Degrees challenges its contemporaries with forward-thinking architecture.  Intimate in size but awesome in energy, a boutique building, home to a select few who share a contemporary design aesthetic.
