Five Condos – VIP Preview

I’m on the VIP list for sales preview of Five Condos May 18th.  Five Condos will be located on St. Joseph and Yonge Street between Bloor and Welsley Streets in Toronto.  The developer is Graywood developments LTD, known for their work at the Ritz Carlton & 8 Mercer.  Five Condos will be a 45-storey glass and steel condominium Tower with 412 units. The project will be built above three existing brick-clad heritage buildings at 11 Saint Joseph St and 9-25 Saint Nicholas St.
